Maiori is a sizeable village on the Amalfi Coast with extensive services and facilities for visitors, that features the largest beach with the longest panoramic promenade from Positano to Vietri Sul Mare.

During the summer months, there is wide variety of activities available for families and those seeking lively entertainment. You can sun yourself on the beach, kayak along the coast or hire a paddle boat with a slide that allows you to joyfully slip into the sea.

This village is the perfect base to visit the Amalfi Coast and its surroundings.

Package tours are available to visit Pompeii, Vesuvius, Herculaneum and Paestum. Ferries leave from the main dock during the summer months which easily transport you to Capri, Positano, Amalfi and Salerno.

Maiori is also a hikers paradise. There are many paths with spectacular vists where you can wend your way through lemon groves and get closer to nature. You can even climb up to the Castello San Nicola De Thoro Plano, a 9th to 11th century fortress where you may be given a guided tour by the owner himself and finish up with the taste of his homemade limoncello.
